On May 4, 2018, Sino-Asia Web TV Station went to the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in China and specially interviewed H.E. Ambassador Mr. Charles Kayonga. H.E. Ambassador was very pleased with our arrival and welcomed us.
During the interview, H.E. Ambassador Mr. Charles Kayonga communicated with our TV station on cultural, economic and trade issues such as the development of China-Rwanda relations under the Belt and Road Initiative, Rwanda's intangible cultural heritages and strengthening cultural, economic and trade exchanges between China and Rwanda, etc.
H.E. Ambassador also introduced us Rwanda’s unique tropical animals, wood carvings, pen holder and other handicrafts with unique African characteristics, coffee, chili oil and other Rwanda’s specialities, and he happily played Rwanda’s special handmade drums.
After the interview, H.E. Ambassador wrote an inscription for our TV station and hoped to maintain close contact with our TV station.
Before we left, the embassy staff also prepared special gifts for us, such as coffee, handicrafts, etc. Once again we felt the enthusiasm of the Rwandan people.
In this interview, our TV station deeply felt the kindness and friendliness of H.E. Ambassador Mr. Charles Kayonga. Our TV station looks forward to carrying out deeper exchanges and cooperations with the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in China and supporting cultural, economic and trade exchanges between China and Rwanda.
